New Member MegaForm 10 Class Pack

This applies to one MegaForm class per day. If this package is used to schedule any class other than the MegaForm class, full price of the class will be charged. Must have a valid credit card on file.

Cancellation policy applies: A 12 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a late charge. You will be charged $15 for cancelling a class less than 12 hours prior to the start of the class. If you do not cancel and you do not show up to the class that you have scheduled, you will be charged $30 no show fee. These charges are in an effort to keep our clientele committed and accountable.
