The time is here! We are open and we are so excited to see you. To accommodate our new “normal” we will be implementing the following policies and standards to keep you safe during your visit with us. See all of our new policies below.

HiPower House - COVID-19 safe workout

#1: Sign-ups, memberships & policies

At this time, we will not be accepting walk in visits. We ask that you please purchase your class and package ahead of time, before arriving to the studio. We will not have a check in station. Your instructor will be checking you in.

  • • Please do not come to class if you are sick, experiencing any symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has been sick.
  • • Our cancellation policy is in effect, but if you are sick, please cancel your class prior to 12 hours in order to avoid a late charge.

    A 12 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a late charge. You will be charged $15 for cancelling a class less than 12 hours prior to the start of the class. If you do not cancel your class within 30 minutes and you do not show up to the class that you have scheduled, you will be charged $30 no show fee. These charges are in an effort to keep our clientele committed and accountable.

    If you are on the waitlist, be prepared and ready to be at the studio for your waitlisted class. This is an “on call” reservation. You may be added into the class from the waitlist up to 1 hour before the class. You will be added to the class whether you “confirm” or not. If you are added to the class from the waitlist and do not come, the cancellation policy will apply.

    When using the online booking system, being waitlisted for a class does not guarantee a space in that class. Each client is permitted to take one class per day. Classes will only be confirmed up to the amount of pre-paid sessions. Bookings cannot be confirmed beyond a month. Classes are subject to change without notice. HiPower House will cancel classes up to four hours before a class if there are less than two people signed up. I understand that I should check the schedule prior to arriving to class. Instructors are subject to change without notice. Payment is for a class, not a particular instructor. Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL for classes, packages, contracts and retail sales.  These items are non-refundable and non-transferable.  All contracts will automatically renew at the end of the term.  A 30 day written notice is required to cancel the contract or to avoid automatic renewal.  If any contract is cancelled prior to the expiration, a $50.00 cancellation fee may be assessed.

    • Clients are required to wear grip socks only for the Megaformer.

    • Please turn off cell phones and do not bring them to your machines with you. If have your cell phone with you due to certain circumstances, please understand that cell phone use at on the machines is strictly prohibited. This is for your safety and in an effort to be respectful to your classmates and instructors. All cell phone use during class is to be done outside of the workout room.

    • Children and pets are not permitted on the machines at any time.

    • Clients are responsible for wiping down their equipment after each use.

    • Please do not come to class if you are feeling sick.

    • You agree to allow HiPower House to take a video or photo to use for promotion purposes from time to time.

    • The minimum age for training with us is 16. People under the age of 18 are required to provide a certificate from a parent or legal guardian confirming approval to train with HiPower House.

    • You warrant that you are in good physical condition and you know of no medical or other reason why you cannot or should not do active or passive exercise. You recognize that the fitness instructor(s) is not able to provide me with medical advice regarding my fitness, and that this information is used as a guideline to the limitations of my ability to exercise. I agree to not hold any certified trainer, owner or directors of HiPower House liable for any injury that may occur during an exercise session.

#2: New studio protocols

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early and wait outside of the studio. Your instructor will be doing contactless checkins at this time. Late arrivals will not be permitted after class starts. No exceptions.

In fairness to your teammates, instructors cannot step out to conduct our new contactless check-in process once class has started. Due to our new contactless check-in process, late cancellation and no-show fees will be strictly enforced. No exceptions. Class switches will not be permitted.

  • • It is requested that shoes are taken off immediately after entry - once you’ve been checked in, take all belongings and place them inside the well of your Megaformer. All belongings must fit under or directly next to your machine - they cannot be placed in other areas of the studio.
    Keep it minimal: Keys, wallet, shoes, towel, water. Less is more!
  • • Please arrive at the studio ready to work out.
  • • Grippy socks are mandatory. No exceptions. If you do not have a pair, you will be required to purchase a pair in order to participate in the class.
  • • Please practice kindness at all times in the studio.
  • • Our Megaformers have been positioned to accommodate social distancing. Our studio will be limited to 8 clients.
  • • There will be hands-on corrections during your workout, your permission will be requested prior to class.
  • • We ask that all modifications be made facing the same direction on Megaformer that the rest of the class is using in order to maintain flow throughout class. Our instructors will be happy to assist you with this and provide you alternatives.

#3: Cleanliness measures

Our studios will be fully stocked with EPA approved cleaning materials only for use against all bacteria and viruses. A professional cleaning service will thoroughly clean and disinfect the studios in its entirety after hours. All cleaning materials they use will be EPA approved as well.

  • • Our staff will disinfect all commonly touched surfaces throughout the studio between every class, including door handles, countertops, bathroom sink and toilet fixtures, water stations and light switches.
  • • To allow our staff to carry out additional sanitization procedures between classes, we are asking all clients to thoroughly wipe down the Megaformers, the wells and poles if used and exit the studio promptly. We love you and we love to chat with you, but social gathering in the studios will not be permitted until further notice. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and your assistance with keeping our cleaning standards high!
  • • Hand sanitizer will be available near the front door.
  • • We will have an air purification system sanitizing the air at all hours. This purifier is approved to kill 99.99% of all aerosolized bacteria and viruses, including COVID-19.
  • • Socks, clothing and all other merchandise will still be available for purchase. All sales will be final. Please note that HiPower is a cashless business so all purchases will be charged to your credit cards on file with the studio.
