Ashley Gross Hoffman

Meet Ashley, @Ashley.88.fit. She is a fitness enthusiast who has a deep passion for Lagree and the intensity it brings.

1.    Where are you from originally? Deerfield, IL

2.    What’s your favorite go-to treat? A perfect bar or good cookie. Admittedly usually eat both daily!

3.    What’s something people might be surprised to learn about you? I’m totally colorblind.

4.    What’s your favorite Lagree move (and why)? Hands down- Super Lunge bc it is such a compound movement requiring so many different muscle groups to be firing at once. It requires a ton of coordination, focus and balance!

5.    What do you love most about teaching Lagree? #5.  I love seeing clients challenge themselves, push past what they thought was possible and realize how strong they really are. It’s so powerful and inspiring to watch. What makes it even better is the Hipower community-the energy, encouragement and support everyone brings makes every class feel so special. And I love being able to educate while I teach, helping people really connect with their bodies and movement.

6.    What advice would you give to someone taking their first class? Everyone was once where you’re at. No one is watching you and we are all dying together. Stay in it, do what you can and don’t compare yourself to others. You will get stronger and more confident with every class.
