Kirsten has been instructing fitness since 2018, when she earned her 200-hour RYT Yoga Certification. After growing up as a competitive dancer, she absolutely loved the creative movement and community aspects that yoga and fitness classes provided. Over the last 5 years, she has had the opportunity to teach more than 1000 hours of yoga to students all over the valley and from all around the world.
In 2022, she discovered Lagree Fitness. She had never felt so strong and physically challenged before. Coupled with amazing HiPower Instructors and a wonderful community, she was hooked! Her favorite Lagree moves are Spider Kick and Spider Lunge.
In her classes, you can expect a welcoming atmosphere with positive encouragement and the perfect combination of energy and flow.
When she’s not in the studio, you can find her with her Golden Retriever, Tyson. She also works as a Data Analyst, putting her skills to use to promote Organ and Tissue Donation for the state of Arizona. She can’t wait to see you in class!
