Hey, I’m Diana! I started teaching Lagree in 2025, after years of teaching HIIT, strength training, and yoga.
I’m Ukrainian, born in Tajikistan and raised in Brooklyn before moving to Scottsdale in 1998. I discovered Lagree after going through chemotherapy and radiation for breast cancer, not knowing much about it at the time. Now, while still in active treatment, Lagree has become an important part of how I move and feel. The low-impact, high-intensity format helps me stay strong while being kinder to my joints, and the intentional pace gives me a chance to slow down, breathe, and reset for the rest of my day.
My goal is to create a space where everyone feels welcomed, empowered, motivated and ready to come back for more, no matter their fitness background or where they are in their journey.
Favorite moves: Spider Kick, Heavy Floor Lunges, French Twist, and Kneeling Pulldowns.
When I’m not on the Mega, you’ll find me doing something with my kids, escaping to Sedona, hiking, practicing hot yoga, or creating something in the kitchen!
