Lauren Wood

Hi! I’m Lauren (@Lagreewithlw).

I am from San Antonio, Texas! I just moved to Arizona at the beginning of 2026! I lived in Texas my whole life, but happy to call Arizona home now 🌞🤍 I have been taking Lagree for the past 6 years and just got my certification at HiPower with Kacey & Cindy  back in February! Lagree is my favorite work out and I can’t wait to share my passion at HiPower 🤍✨

I love a good core class so look forward to spicy core in my classes! My favorite moves are bear & reverse giant kneeling crunch 😆

I’m a huge nature & beach girl so that’s where I’ll be when not on the mic! 🌊🏄🏼‍♀️
