Meet Zoe @zsenteno. She is in the studio teaching on Wednesday evenings and weekends. Come join her class for an effective and efficient full body burn! Zoe will put a smile on your face and provide you with motivation to get through her class.
Zoe grew up as a competitive dancer and competitive cheerleader and always enjoyed finding new ways to challenge and move her body. Once she left competitive sports in high school she was looking for a new way to find community and exercise and started attending group fitness classes. Although she was the youngest in the room she absolutely LOVED the energy that group fitness brings. From there, she started teaching Barre in college and then got certified in Yoga and Yoga Sculpt, as well as Pre/Post Natal Fitness. Two years ago she discovered Lagree and fell in love with the intensity and method.
She describes her teaching style as precise, empowering, and tough where her goal is to make every student walk out feeling better than when they started. Her favorite mega moves include Plank to Pike, Elevator Lunge, and Super Lunge.
