This class is designed for our clients who are building their relationship with the Megaformer. Your coach will help you understand how to perform our fundamental Lagree Fitness moves on the Megaformer, while keeping the workout easy to follow. You will build strength and endurance in this class, and the intensity will be high. You can expect to receive a full body workout, with ample modifications to modify or regress each move to your personal fitness level.
