HiPower MegaMamas

This is a very special class for new and soon to be mamas. Whether you are prenatal or postnatal, you will experience a Lagree class that has been programmed perfectly for your needs. This class will be 45 minutes and focus on legs, booty, upperbody and pelvic floor tone. All levels of fitness will be welcomed. If you have a high-risk pregnancy or have never done Lagree fitness before, we do ask that you get your workout plans cleared by your obstetrician or physician. If your baby is under 6 months old, you are more than welcome to bring them with you. Childcare is not provided, and we encourage you to bring them in their baby carrier with anything that you need for them.
