HiPower MegaFullBody

In our signature HiPower MegaFullBody we use the Megaformer to guide you through a group class that will provide you with a total-body high intensity, low impact workout. This method of training will help improve endurance, flexibility, and overall strength. Your coach helps you achieve a slow and controlled pace with short bursts of faster tempo to ignite your muscles and bring them to the point of quivering. You can expect to work core, legs, abs, and obliques in this class.
